Lotus 1-2-3 Help is a "How To" form of help, that allows you to ask Excel how to do a Lotus 1-2-3 command.
To get help using this method,
Click Help on the menu bar.

Click Lotus 1-2-3 Help...

You can click on any Lotus 1-2-3 command in the "Menu" box, and Excel will display corresponding instructions in the "To Perform Command in Microsoft Excel" box. You can also select demo in the "Help Options" box, and Excel will display a live demo on the screen.

This help screen is great if you are a pro at using Lotus 1-2-3.
